What data do we collect?

We collect the following data, only where and when required:

  • Personal identification information to contact you including: Name, Surname, Email, Cellphone when you choose to contact us through the website directly only.
  • We might also collect certain secondary data to help us understand your needs better including: company name, company size, company industry, budget and more.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Stackworx with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Voluntarily complete an online contact form on our website.

How will we use your data?

Stackworx collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request and manage your intent to do business with us or communicate your interest.

Stackworx securely stores your data in our Google infrastructure where applicable. Stackworx will keep your personal data for as long as a relationship, legally, exists between the two parties.
