What data do we collect?

We collect the following data, only where and when required:

  • Personal identification information to contact you including: Name, Surname, Email, Cellphone.
  • We might also collect certain secondary data to help us understand your needs better including: company name, company size, company industry and more.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Stackworx with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Voluntarily complete an online contact form on our website.

How will we use your data?

Stackworx collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request and manage your intent to do business with us or communicate your interest.
  • Email you with special offers on our services  we think you might be interested in.


If you agree, Stackworx will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. These partner companies will be limited to:

  • Viewmetrics Pty Ltd
  • Vantagesoft Pty Ltd

When Stackworx processes your request, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Stackworx securely stores your data in our Google infrastructure where applicable. Stackworx will keep your personal data for as long as a relationship exists between the two parties.

Marketing

Stackworx would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might be interested in, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Stackworx erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Stackworx  restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Stackworx’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Stackworx transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
